I called Andre and he made time in his busy schedule to come take a few samples why he took the samples where he did. When the test came back positive, he explained what needed to be done and more importantly, what did not need to be done. He provided a reasonable quote, but unfortunately we had scheduling conflict. Otherwise I would have gone with him. I can't recommend Andre enough since I didn't have the best experience with some of the other service providers who seemed to resort to scare tactics.
